Our Retail and Energy client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong data analysis, ETL, and AI/ML experience to support the implementation of a Digital Supply Chain solution across North America.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years as a Technical Business Analyst in Supply &Trading or similar domain.

• Experience with AWS, Databricks, SQL, and data visualization tools.

• Strong data analysis, ETL, and AI/ML skills to support data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining clear, concise technical documentation.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with digital twin technology or supply chain digital solutions.

• Knowledge of process automation and scheduling tools.

• Familiarity with production accounting and advanced control systems.

• Experience with off-the-shelf supply chain products and minimizing custom development.

• Background in change management to support team adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities:

• Experience acting as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, especially in the context of Supply and Trading.

• Experience analyzing data to inform strategic decision-making, using tools such as AWS, Databricks, and SQL.

• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, focusing on automation and workflow efficiencies.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project objectives and outcomes.

• Experience developing technical documentation that outlines requirements, workflows, and solutions for stakeholders.
