Our Calgary Energy client is looking for a Senior Technical Lead with IT Project or Program Management experience to lead and execute a Finance Transformation Program.

Calgary based client, hybrid working environment (3 days / week onsite). Some travel required.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years as an IT Technical Lead working on digital transformation project or programs
• 8+ years Program / Project Management experience
• Finance transformation or modernization project / program experience
• ERP experience such JDE, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle Cloud, and Workday
• Experience working with and managing 3rd party vendor support resources
• Experience working with both waterfall and agile delivery

• Support risk identification and mitigation processes for continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop effective solutions.
• Guide the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
