Senior Technical Writer to create material resource guides and job aides for their Advanced Metering Program

Our utilities client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create material resource guides and job aides for their Advanced Metering Program

Initial contract goes till end of March 2025. Mostly remote within BC. 37.5 ~ 40 hrs/week. Start date: Immediate.

Must Have:

• 7+ years Technical Writer
• Creating Job Aides and Material Resource Guides

Nice to Have:

• Utilities or Energy industry

Scope of Work: Create resource materials that expands the current draft table of contents that has been prepared. Items would include anything that vendor partner deployment contractors might need to contact the client for. For example, "how do I onboard and have an account set up", "how and who do I reach out to and order customer communication flyers/doorhangers, etc". This is different that the process playbook that the current process mapping team is creating. It’s the items that do not necessarily have a process attached to it.
