Senior UAT Test Lead consultant required for Time Attendance and Workforce Scheduling program (2024-055)

Our GTA based, Municipal Government client requires the services of a Senior UAT Test Lead consultant for their Time Attendance and Workforce Scheduling program.

ROLE:

Our Client is seeking a UAT Tester/Subject Matter Expert (SME) with specialized experience in Time Attendance, Absences, and Workforce Scheduling. The ideal candidate will have prior clerical lead experience in a transit environment.

Key responsibilities will include reviewing "to-be" process and design documentation, participating in solution testing, and contributing to the creation of training and organizational change management (OCM) materials. The candidate’s deep understanding of transit clerical duties will ensure comprehensive assessments of new designs and processes and help shape practical and relevant training and OCM documentation.

MUST HAVE:

Significant experience (ideally 8+ years) as a Transit Clerical Lead or in a similar clerical role within a transit organization.

Strong understanding of clerical duties in a transit environment, including operators' work scheduling, timekeeping, absence management, bidding processes, and daily shift planning.

Ability to review and validate "to-be" business processes, ensuring they align with clerical duties and day-to-day operations.
