Our public sector client, is looking for a Senior Web Media Content Builder with experience in international trade media and research.

Our client is building an online platform for Canadian Businesses around the world to gain knowledge and recent facts about international trade while also increasing their web presence within Canada and internationally.

Task; but not limited to :

• In collaboration with the subject matter experts (SMEs) e.g., product owner, stakeholders, work with to produce high-quality documentation that is clear, concise, accurate and consistent
• Assist other member of the team with creating and maintaining user documents e.g., manuals, standard operating procedures, and technical information
• Support Quality Assurance/Quality Control review and publishing of procedures
• Will need to reference and have citation abilities (federal regulations, websites, technical reports, maps, journal articles, and email correspondence)
• Create and maintain all documents including procedures, forms, standard operating procedures and technical information in English and French
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.

Must Haves

• Secret clearance (Level 2)
• Front-end development experience (HTML, XML, CSS)
• 10 years' experience in content building
• Bilingual
