Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to create use cases and user stories, along with requirements elucidation and translation for design to support a major IT project.

This contract shall start ASAP (April 2025) and last until March 2026.

Background:

This is to support the Complaint Process Transformation Project. The BA will support requirements elucidation and translation to design, with a focus on translating CPT needs to Salesforce common data model and technologies.

Must Have:

• Business Analyst (10+ years)
• Use Cases, User Stories (10+ years)
• System Requirements Specifications (SRS) (10+ years)
• Business processes for redesign (5+ years)
• DND, CSE, or SCC industry experience (2+ projects)
• Secret Cleared

Nice to Have:

Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ITIL, PMP)

Responsibilities:

• Define and document high-level complaints management use cases;
• Define and document operational, technical and security requirements;
• Define and document workflows and processes;
• Support translation of the above documentation into effective designs; and
• When required, support testing activities to ensure business objectives are met.
