Our client is seeking a SR Delivery Lead with ERP experience to support a IFS ERP Implementation.

Location: Willingness to be onsite in Edmonton, Alberta as needed

Overview:

We’re seeking a Delivery Lead to support an IFS ERP implementation for a oil and gas services company. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ERP project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership in the MSP or ERP consulting industry. This contract is for 9 months, with a strong potential for extension. The Delivery Lead will be instrumental in project delivery, managing a cross-functional team, and working closely with stakeholders to meet critical implementation milestones.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 8+ years in a project management and/or delivery lead, within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, particularly in ERP or related system implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including clients and consulting teams.
• Willing to work 50% onsite as required in Edmonton

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• IFS Experience especially in modules like finance, service, supply chain and maintenance.
• Oil and Gas experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ERP delivery, including project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage a team of consultants and support coordination with customer stakeholders.
• Provide effective stakeholder management, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Drive ERP enhancement initiatives, especially in the billing and finance areas, to meet client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with solution architects and functional experts to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Coordinate recruitment for project needs, involving both internal resources and external recruitment partners.
• Support pre-vetting and selection of candidates to strengthen both the functional and business sides of the team.
