Sr Identity & Access Management Specialist to develop the solution architecture for a public sector client

Our valued public sector client is looking to hire a Sr Identity & Access Management Specialist (Secret cleared) to develop the solution architecture for a public sector client.

Tasks:

• Serve as the Technical expert and oversee planning activities to drive the development of solution architecture of the banks partner access platform; Advanced risk authentication and authorization and adjusting initiatives
• Develop architectural framework and design for solution component within IAM portfolio to support both new project delivery or maintenance and enhancement efforts ensuring data, infrastructure and application architectures are aligned
• Technical know-how, creativity and a seasoned perspective to IAM initiatives
• Work closely with the cyber security group to apply cyber security standards

Qualification:

• University degree/college diploma in IT Management, IT Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years working with enterprise mission critical/high availability solution Architecture/technologies
• 5+ years of hands-on working experience in designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems solutions in Microsoft Azure
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Active Directory environments including hybrid architectures.
• In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Azure Entra ID
• Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and (SAML, Kerberos, Auth and Open ID Connect)
• Demonstrated knowledge of various Web Application Platform technologies (F5, Akamai, Azure etc.) and application proxy solutions (F5, NGINX, Zscaler, Netskope etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with Broadcom API Gateway (formally known as Layer 7 or CA AP| Gateway) Demonstrated experience with Broadcom LDAP Services and Access Policy Management Application (Broadcom LDAP Directory and SSO, formerly known as Site Manager
• Recognized IT industry certification such as TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL and project management certification
• Relevant Cyber Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, etc.) and Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
