Description
Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Implementation Lead to assist with implementing a large contact center solution project from initiation to go-live for a Benefits Modernization initiative.
Must Have:
- 10 years of experience as an Implementation lead
- Experience with implementing any CCAAS solutions (customizing and deploying) on customer sites
- Experience working on a large-scale Contact center as a Service (CCAAS) implementation project.
- Valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
Tasks Include:
- Adopt/implement the best methodology for delivery of the initiative, identifying areas for improvement and driving the solution delivery lifecycle forward
- Drive how we configure, manage and maintain/support implemented solutions within a highly collaborative department.
- Define, develop, implement and adhere to plans and document templates for the deployment
- Liaise with customers, subject matter experts, deployment team, implementation support and production support staff to define and document the deployment/implementation plans and related program artifacts.
