Description
Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Project Executive to support and advise on a large contact center solution implementation project from initiation to go-live for a Benefits Modernization initiative.
Must Have:
- Must have experience working in an enterprise-wide contact center initiative (20,000+ employees)
- Must have experience working on a contact center initiative that had 3,500 contact center agents or more
- Valid enhanced reliability Clearance
Tasks Include, but are not Limited to:
- Ensure the project plan for all Releases contain the right level of detail aligning with project management best practices, and are reviewed and approved by the Project Authority for all work areas, including timelines, resources, and risk management plan
- Provide support by identifying potential project risks and to develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Monitor the project's progress against the project schedule and advise management of any necessary adjustments to keep the project on track
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders as the project evolves within the realm of project management, including being the conduit for the Project Office to the Concept of Operations/Business, Training and Engagement teams to keep them informed about projects progress
- Mature the projects Change process as the project hygiene processes progress to manage any changes to the project scope and timeline ensuring that they are documented and communicated to stakeholders
- Work closely with to develop and implement quality assurance processes and to identify and resolve any quality issues that arise during the project with regards to project Hygiene (RAIDD), Project Schedule and reporting
- Support and mature the way the project manages change by engaging employees in the change process by communicating the change, managing resistance, and providing information and support to ensure the success of the team
- Work closely with the SI to manage changes to the project scope and ensure that changes are properly documented and communicated to all appropriate project stakeholders.
