Our client is seeking a Senior QA Lead to advice, develop and lead testing scenarios for a large dynamics migration project from on premise to Dynamics 365 within the public sector.


Must-haves:

  • 8+ years of experience as a QA Lead
  • 8+ years’ demonstrated experience leading test strategy, test cases
  • Experience in Agile environment


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the QA activities including:
  • Creating and Maintaining Test Plans, Develop and maintain test plans, outline the scope of testing, test case selection, and testing methodologies.
  • Managing testing activities- More hands-on, involved in the actual testing process.
  • Defining and Managing QA Processes: Establishing and implementing quality standards and procedures for effective QA practices
  • Risk management, identify potential risks that could affect the quality of the software or delay its delivery.
  • Support, troubleshoot and maintain ABMs in lab.
  • Looking after access privileges
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of ABM's
  • Work closely with the Development Team
  • Create test strategy and design walkthroughs with test, development, and architecture stakeholders.
  • Provide advanced level test environment and data conditioning setup for end-to-end verification.
  • Coordinate the promotion of code from one test environment to another.
  • Reports concise project updates.
  • Execute performance testing on the Systems.
  • Simulate the interfaces and job batches and measure the performance.
