Our valued Public sector client is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to assist with maintenance and enhancements of an existing public sector platform.

Must Haves:

• 5+ Experience with SailPoint development

Tasks include:

• Continuously monitor the SailPoint environment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Proactively identify and address performance issues, system bottlenecks, and errors.
• Provide prompt support for incident management, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SailPoint applications and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues effectively.
• Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and patches for SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Ensure compatibility and minimal disruption during upgrades and apply necessary fixes.
• Maintain and update SailPoint configurations, including policies, workflows, roles, and entitlements.
• Perform routine configuration changes and ensure they are implemented correctly.

Nice to have:

• SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ Certified Implementation Engineer)
