Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior System Architect to develop architectural plans and implementation plan for a large contact center solution project from initiation to go-live for a Benefits Modernization initiative.

Must Have:

• Experience working on a large-scale Contact center as a Service (CCAAS) implementation project.
• 10+ years’ experience IT Systems Architecting Experience with system capacity and planning, as well as functional configuration and audit.
• 5+ recent years’ experience with system planning and capacity tools and analyses, technical design documents, architecture diagrams, non-functional testing, server capacity and provisioning, etc.
• Valid recognized Architectural Professional Certification
• Valid Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance

Tasks Include:

• Design large and complex solutions, including system and application designs, data architecture, software, and technical architecture, in accordance with strategies and objectives.
• Provide architecture governance to development teams through all project phases.
• Prepare Architecture Blueprint and other Architecture artifacts.
• Plan high-level solution phases and estimate required work sizing.
• Work collaboratively with Business Capability Owners and Technical Leads on product Roadmaps prioritizing scope for each delivery cycle.
