Description
Location: Hybrid - DT Toronto (1-2 days a week)
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
LOB: Personal and business banking
Must haves:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- Experience with Everyday Banking Products, Home Financing, and Personal Lending Products
- Knowledge of Retail Investment products
- Familiarity with AML/OSFI/Regulatory requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Expertise in using Clarity and Microsoft Project to manage project timelines, resources, and reporting
- Strong business PM skills with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects within the banking environment, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope
- Transition into an ongoing project, taking ownership and driving it forward with minimal support
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and risks using Clarity and Microsoft Project
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align on project objectives and ensure successful outcomes
- Implement and manage change management processes to support project execution and stakeholder buy-in
- Produce detailed project plans, timelines, and regular status reports for senior leadership
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project expenses
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly AML, OSFI, and other financial regulations
