Our client is looking for Sr. Program Manager to support the strategic initiative to optimize Corporate real estate portfolio for a Banking client.

Overview:

A strategic initiative is underway to optimize Corporate real estate portfolio. Given the complex and cross-functional nature of this portfolio, we are seeking a Program Manager to ensure its successful implementation. This role will focus on providing essential program management, governance, and oversight to drive the strategy forward

Must Have's:

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager
• Experience working on Real-estate Projects preferably within the Banking sector
• 5+ years of experience with Governance and Strategic Alignment- within Corporate Location Strategy program
• Experience with Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
• Facilitating workshop experience

Requirements:

Corporate Space Needs Assessment

The Program Manager will facilitate workshops and document comprehensive needs assessments to inform the design and planning stages of real estate projects. This involves coordinating stakeholder engagement, gathering detailed requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation of findings. These assessments will provide critical data for optimizing space utilization and aligning with strategic objectives, ensuring that real estate investments effectively support long-term goals.

Corporate Location Strategy Implementation (Calgary & Edmonton)

This initiative involves the practical execution of defined Corporate Location Strategies in both Calgary and Edmonton. The Program Manager will be responsible for meticulous schedule management and logistical coordination, ensuring all project components are aligned and progressing according to plan. This includes overseeing the integration of various workstreams and maintaining clear communication to facilitate seamless implementation across both locations.
