Start Date : asap
Duration: 6 months to start with opportunity to extend up to 2 years
Location : remote (ideally GTA located candidates as might be requested for occasional visits in DT Toronto office)
Senior Project Manager whose focus is to handle the Program Management and Delivery, Project Management including budgeting, stakeholder management, project delivery & tracking for the Client Technology stack. This is a key role for managing the evolution, buildout and delivery of multiple Client Tech projects while following Agile methodologies, to achieve timely and quality deliverables.
Must haves:
- 10 + years of PM experience in managing multiple large scale and complex transformation programs . Huge plus if these involve multiple enterprise-wide stakeholders and matrix governance
- Effectively able to manage work slate and development environment with focus on Agile methodology, DevOps and overall timely / quality deliveries.
- Previous financial industry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of client account lifecycle, subaccounts and rollups , Regulatory reporting
- Capital Markets is ideal
- SDLC projects experience
- Jira, Confluence
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage multiple technology work-streams in parallel to deliver to the book of work
- Significant experience in analyzing business issues, drafting business cases and developing recommendations
- Advanced skills in strategy formulation, process improvement and stakeholder management
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent technical aptitude and strategic thinking
- Proactive and is able to work with multiple stakeholders and Able to effectively communicate with business and IT Stakeholders
- Ability to recognize gaps in requirements and facilitate conversations between business stakeholders and technical teams to find a solution
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and to service internal clients in a fast-paced environment
