Our Financial Services Client is in need of a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to support the design and solution of a Salesforce integration and optimization
The Role
Our Financial Services client is enhancing and optimizing their Contact Center practice including initiatives focused on: data efficiency, ERP integration/optimization, and AI tool implementation.
Must Haves:
- 6+ years experience as a Salesforce Engineer
- Experience with one of more: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), CG Cloud (Consumer Goods), Energy & Utilities, Health Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and Vlocity OmniStudio
- Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
- Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect)
- Contact Centre tech and AI experience.
Nice to Haves:
- Previous Banking or Financial Services experience
