Sr. Sharepoint Developer to implement a records management solution on Sharepoint using MS Purview and Power Platform tools - RQ00078

Location: Toronto (Hybrid - 2x per week on-site)

Duration: 6 months (Possibility of extension)

Hours: 7.25 per day

Must Haves:

• SharePoint Skills Requirements:
• 5-7+ years experience in configuring, administration, development and deployment of SharePoint Online sites and site pages.
• Integrate SharePoint online with third party cloud and on-premise applications
• Deploy custom themes and other branding components to SharePoint online.
• Use of PowerShell to Manage Mx SharePoint Online environment.
• Perform SharePoint site maintenance activities.
• Perform SharePoint site migration activities and develop SharePoint web parts.
• Extend the SharePoint online capabilities by developing custom components (SPFx extensions)
• ShareGate experience to run reports and perform site migration activities will be an asset.
• MS Purview skills requirements
• Experience in Microsoft Purview Records Management, with an understanding of Records Management policies to ensure that data is accurate, stored securely for the desired retention period, accessible to the correct people to review and disposed/archived in line with legal requirements.
• Experience using PowerShell to create retention labels and policies.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance and privacy platforms.

Nice to have:

• Power Platform skills requirements
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Power platform capabilities, including types of Power Apps and their application for a specific business need, Power Automate flow design, triggers, actions, connectors, and expressions.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying Power Platform solutions, including experience in design and development of Power Apps and building workflows, forms, and custom connectors.
• Ability to integrate Power Automate Flows with virtual agents and Power Apps.
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and develop complex power apps and workflows to automate business processes.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies, such as APIs, web services, and data connectors
