Our Professional Services Client is in need of a Sr. Yardi Consultant to support an implementation and configuration of financial data
Must Have:
- 4+ years experience as a Yardi functional/implementation consultant specializing in Yardi Voyager.
- 3+ years experience in Investment Management, Commercial or Construction modules.
- 3+ years accounting experience in real estate property management, asset management cycles
Nice to Have:
- Previous Consulting experience
Key Responsibilities
- Full comprehension of Yardi Voyager and ancillary modules and, being able to extract financial data and ability to fully configure or advise on configuration from a client’s system
- Ability to take on specific duties in an implementation, such as delivering design sessions, User Acceptance testing and Conference Room Pilots amongst other planning and deliverable preparation
- Responsible for completion of implementation tasks, participation in PM meetings and be able to translate business requirements into actionable configuration points
- Ad Hoc duties/ reconciliations as required by client to assist in implementation or system assessments.
