Our client is an open-ended real estate investment trust based in Toronto. They are looking for a Team Lead - Accounting Systems Administrator to take ownership of maintaining and managing OneStream system.

Permanent/Full-Time

Location: Toronto (3 days/week onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the OneStream system, ensuring it is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the configuration, design, and updates of the OneStream system.
  • Manage the reporting aspects of OneStream, including designing and producing relevant financial reports and ensuring accurate data output.
  • Work closely with external vendors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate issues to implementation partners, ensuring timely resolution and customer support.
  • Provide training to end-users and support their ongoing needs with OneStream, offering guidance and assistance as required.
  • Create and provide customized reports as needed by the business or leadership team.
  • Oversee metadata management, data loads, reporting, and troubleshooting of system issues.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external implementation partners, managing any ticket escalations and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Must Have Skills:

  • Proven experience with OneStream, or other consolidation platforms including FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Solution), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation), etc.
  • Familiarity with JDE (JD Edwards) and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong experience in managing system configurations, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Experience with vendor management and coordinating with external partners.
