INTERMEDIATE CLERK I
12 months, 35 hours weekly
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Accounting and Purchasing, the Intermediate Clerk I will be responsible to manage record retention, JDE Address Book Management, monthly journal entries and provide various additional duties to support the team. Further responsibilities include providing daily coverage for the Mailroom, Print Shop and Switchboard/Reception.

Salary Range: $24.85 - $29.04 per hour
Qualifications: Required: Grade 12 Diploma. Strong interpersonal, customer service, problem solving and decision making skills are required. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member and possess strong clerical and organizational skills. Able to problem solve, make decisions and work within strict deadlines. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook. Lifting is required; testing will be part of the selection process.
Preferred: Experience with JD Edwards & knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an asset.
