Description
The eLearning Operations Assistant provides support to the program coordinators and administrators by performing a variety of tasks to ensure seamless organization of the eLearning program. Functions include scheduling, timetabling, attendance entry and other administrative duties. The eLearning Operations Assistant also enters historical grades and runs midterm and final report cards.

Qualifications:
Required : Advanced skills in various software applications, e.g. MS Office and accounting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred : Knowledge of Simcoe County District School Board Policies and Administrative Procedures Memoranda, and Numbered Memoranda. Demonstrated knowledge of board-approved software, e.g. Brightspace by D2L, PRISM, PowerScheduler, PowerSchool student information system. Knowledge of basic office and accounting procedures. Previous experience working in a school environment.
Testing may be required during the selection process.
