Join our Demand Generation department as a crucial member of the Corporate Events team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of executing impactful events that drive business outcomes. We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Event Marketing Specialist to help us deliver world-class events and webinars from concept to conclusion.

What you'll do:

Located in our Softchoice Toronto HQ, the Corporate Event Marketing Coordinator will focus on the following main areas:


Event Execution

  • Research, design, and coordinate experiential events and webinars for our customers.

  • Manage projects and communicate event programs with various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts with outside caterers, suppliers, and venues.

  • Create and manage event budgets to ensure events are delivered within budget, providing regular updates to key stakeholders as required.

  • Coordinate event execution requirements, including menus, signage, onsite staff, name badges, etc., for each event.

  • Draft communications, create, and lead briefing presentations to update all stakeholders on event logistics and expectations.

  • Create marketing campaigns and event promotional assets, including but not limited to landing pages, registration pages, and invitations.

  • Collaborate with various marketing peers who support execution requirements (design, social, web, digital marketing, digital program managers, etc.).

  • Own all event registration and reporting leading up to and including the day of the event, measuring and tracking against pre-set business outcomes.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Experience in project, campaign, or event management.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • A curious mindset, not afraid to speak up and ask questions.

  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes (bonus if you’ve already worked with tools like Asana or Eloqua).

  • Demonstrates extreme attention to detail and professionalism.
