In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Record all financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) in accounting software
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and transmit monthly tax returns.
- Compile and analyze data required for monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of documents required for audits.
- Participate in weekly and annual inventory compilations.
- Prepare annual price lists and update system.
