WHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOUReporting to the General Manager, the Information Technology Director is responsible for implementing initiatives to maximize value while minimizing waste within our company. To achieve these goals, you'll need to use your leadership, creativity, innovation and analytical skills to drive forward an IT strategy that supports the business.Through your leadership, you will mobilize your employees so that they can develop in a stimulating environment and reach their full potential.In short, here's what you'll be doing with your time:
- Participate and collaborate as a member of the subsidiary's management committee in the implementation and follow-up of the strategic plan.
- Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
- Train, motivate and evaluate team members on an ongoing basis in order to maintain an optimal level of commitment and performance, and act as a coach in the skills development process of team members.
- Support and advise the subsidiary's various departments in analyzing their needs, recommending solutions and technological orientations, and ensuring their integration.
- Coordinate teams to guarantee effective operational support for the entire organization, directing them towards the technological avant-garde to stimulate the achievement of business objectives and the continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced business intelligence solutions to facilitate decision-making
- Lead projects that integrate best practices to increase operational efficiency and improve user experience
- Ensure the achievement of the sector's performance objectives by defining priorities and directing sector activities while respecting deadlines and budgets.
- Constantly monitor new technological developments and digital transformations
- Ensure the availability, operation, maintenance, security and development of the IT infrastructure, including the telecommunications network, computer equipment, information systems, industrial control systems, office software, Internet services and the central telephone system.
