Here's what you'll be doing with your time:
- Participate in the development of long-term contractual agreements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the business rules of existing long-term contractual agreements
- Optimize the business relationship of assigned accounts
- Provide exceptional service in all dealings with existing and potential customers
- Obtain, share and track customer purchase forecasts
- Track sales opportunities using Salesforce
- Take part in product development projects with the engineering team
- Organize and participate in various sales events
- Create and present sales proposals to customers
- Act as liaison between customers, internal team and supervisor
- Occasionally visit key customers
- Prospect and seek out new customers
- Achieve business objectives
