In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Carry out in-depth failure analyses on equipment and systems
- Propose corrective actions and participate in the implementation of improvement strategies and plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure machine reliability and durability.
- Determine and monitor the department's various performance indicators. Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs related to equipment maintenance and operation, while maintaining performance and quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for equipment improvement.
- Write and keep up to date maintenance and reliability procedures and technical documentation.
- Influence company investments by proposing innovative equipment reliability solutions
- Carry out reliability studies (equipment criticality, analysis and recurrence of breakdowns) of equipment by analyzing the information available via the various IT systems (SCADA, CMMS, technical documentation, etc.).
- Define critical components and minimum quantities to be kept in inventory.
- Support maintenance personnel in the development of efficient work methods and diagnostics.
