In this position, you will have the opportunity to :
- Ensure weekly manpower assignments
- Cover scheduled and unscheduled overtime needs
- Manage the vacation and leave request process
- Maintain qualifications matrix and make recommendations to ensure operational agility
- Post vacancies and coordinate job allocation process
- Coordinate the training process for unionized employees according to the established process
- Ensure consistency of information entered in the time and attendance system (UKG/Kronos)
- Ensure the quality of payroll, leave and attendance data
- Process information and produce reports to support production department decisions
- Ensure that all processes and decisions associated with his/her responsibilities respect the rules governed by the collective agreement
- Fill in for the production planning position during absences and vacations
