What you'll do on a daily basis As a Sales Representative at SRP Canada, you will play a key role in our mission: Manage a high-potential territory generating more than $700,000 in annual sales by developing lasting relationships with our business partners.
Propose personalized solutions to meet customer needs and establish solid collaborations. Identify growth opportunities to maximize point-of-sale profitability. Implement effective sales strategies to increase results and improve your commissions. Manage and monitor 100 to 200 customer accounts, traveling from store to store. Carry out sales and deliveries in the field, including driving a company-provided truck, and ensure the distribution, replenishment and marketing of products.

What you'll get in return We know that your commitment deserves recognition that matches your efforts: Total compensation (base salary + commissions): $60,000 - $70,000 per year and up (Let's discuss it if you have solid experience!). Base salary: $50,000/year to ensure your financial stability. Commissions: 2.5% on your sales, a direct reward for your performance. Paid time off: Vacation and sick leave for a work-life balance. Health and dental insurance: Complete coverage with Desjardins for your well-being. Retirement plan: Membership in the Commonwealth program with a 3% match from the company. Compétences recherchées

Valid Class 5 driver's license, interpersonal skills, dynamic, attentive to customers and creative in product presentation. Criminal, financial and driver's license background checks.

Commissions

SALAIRE TOTAL : À partir de 60 000 $
