Job responsibilities
• Receives regulated items (medication, reference standards, and external samples).
• Manages the store’s expenses efficiently by optimizing supplies purchasing, all while adhering to existing corporate policies.
• Maintains and optimizes the store’s purchases efficiently in order to achieve their work sites and production objectives.
• Assists, in collaboration with purchasers, in optimizing inventory management.
• Places orders according to established parameters and receives supplies for the store, for the full spectrum of needs originating from the various divisions/services within their work site.
• Handles supplies daily, from receiving to shipping.
• Charges supplies to projects within the inventory system in order to manage orders, supplies received and inventory.
• Reviews and updates internal control descriptions used for quarterly procedures.
• Ensures that internal controls pertaining to their procedures are being adhered to.
• Assists in developing verification files and address requests received from auditors.
• Responsible for performing activities that are in compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Operating Guidelines and performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for
• High School diploma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
• Good demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to employ sample-tracking software).
• English level: Required bilingualism includes understanding simple messages and following basic instructions.
