About the Role:

Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for a Sales Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you will manage specific, identified accounts, driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. Utilize your experience to handle complex customer issues and take your sales career to the next level!

What You'll Do:

  • Manage P&L: Oversee the growth and profitability of your assigned territory.

  • Generate Business: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to develop new opportunities.

  • Collaborate: Work with field sales on RFPs, proposals, and QBR presentations.

  • Identify Growth: Research and execute growth plans for your sales territory.

  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships at all levels, from purchasing to operational.

  • Coordinate Engagement: Align with vendor management and facilitate customer interactions with Finance and Purchasing.

  • Maintain Account Profiles: Create detailed profiles for each customer and identify opportunities for additional TD SYNNEX solutions.

  • Proactively Address Issues: Identify potential challenges and provide timely visibility to the team.

  • Document Procedures: Develop documentation and delegate tasks to support teams.

  • Event Participation: Travel to and attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.

  • Support Sales Operations: Ensure timely and accurate processing of quotes and orders.

  • Understand Strategy: Communicate TD SYNNEX’s value proposition effectively.

  • Utilize Project Management Skills: Complete customer requests efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education and Experience: Post-secondary education and 1-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and French.

  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written skills.

  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on task completion.

  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to change and work under pressure with high workloads and deadlines.

  • Ethical Standards: Commitment to maintaining and promoting social, ethical, and organizational standards.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Collaboration: Strong relationship-building skills.

  • Sensitivity: Considerate of others’ needs and concerns.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
