You Are:You are a highly motivated and experienced circuit designer with a passion for mixed signal analog design. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with a diverse team to integrate leading-edge custom-designed IP into next-generation DDR/LPDDR/HBM products. You are driven by results and have a take-charge leadership style, with a keen eye for design performance, quality, and schedule. Your expertise in circuit simulation and layout, along with your knowledge of bipolar, CMOS, passive structures, and interconnect failure modes, makes you a valuable asset to our team. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Collaborating with the mixed signal analog design team to integrate custom-designed IP into final products.
- Leveraging your understanding of DDR/LPDDR/HBM technologies to enhance product performance.
- Conducting circuit simulation and layout to ensure optimal design performance and reliability.
- Designing and verifying transistor-level circuits, focusing on CMOS design fundamentals.
- Addressing ESD issues through effective circuit techniques and layout strategies.
- Utilizing tools for schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Enhancing the performance and reliability of next-generation DDR/LPDDR/HBM IP products.
- Contributing to the integration of more capabilities into SoCs, meeting unique performance, power, and size requirements.
- Accelerating the time-to-market for differentiated products, reducing risks for our customers.
- Driving technological advancements in chip design and software security.
- Supporting the development of innovations that shape the future of self-driving cars, AI, cloud computing, 5G, and IoT.
- Fostering collaboration within a globally diverse team, enhancing cross-functional relationships.
- Engineering degree with 2+ years of experience in a product managing role for mixed signal IP.
- Technical understanding of DDR5/4/3, LPDDR5x/5/4x/4 is a plus.
- In-depth familiarity with transistor-level circuit design and sound CMOS design fundamentals.
- Experience with FinFET technologies and knowledge of design for reliability (EM, IR, aging, etc.).
- Proficiency with SPICE simulators, simulation methods, and Verilog-A for analog behavioral modeling.
- Exceptional communicator with strong public speaking skills.
- Detail-oriented and attentive to design performance, quality, and schedule.
- Able to work in a cross-functional, globally diverse environment.
- Available to travel worldwide as needed.
