Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager is the strategic lead for the Loyalty, CRM (email & personalization) and Divisional Planning portfolios. They are responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer loyalty, personalizing experiences, and optimizing processes to increase customer lifetime value and deliver marketing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Loyalty
Develop the Marketing Plan to acquire, engage, and grow our customers across Pro Xtra and drive sales
Define success metrics, measure and report ongoing program performance by leveraging customer insights, analytics and performance-based metrics
Influence data-driven lifecycle strategies to grow loyalty across channels and key events for Pro and Consumer segments
Drive Operational improvements to enhance customer experience & utilize resources effectively
Lead the loyalty product roadmap and align with key business stakeholders’ investment and experience roadmaps across Pro Operations and Ecommerce
Marketing Planning
Lead annual divisional marketing planning process, and ongoing visibility and alignment with various stakeholders into key marketing strategies & campaigns
Support team delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across owned & paid channels
Identify and champion process improvement & change management to drive marketing planning efficiencies
CRM
Define success metrics & develop the marketing plan to improve email subscriber health through member acquisition & engagement strategies
Identify & prioritize implementation of use cases that ladder up to overall business objectives to help prove out incrementality of personalization
Drive personalization efforts to deliver relevant content across channels and audiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams from IT, Product, Production and more
Team Leadership & Development
Manage a team of Marketing Managers, Specialists, and Business Analysts aligned to leading the marketing strategies and execution across business units
Develop high performing team, while supporting associate growth and building strong culture
