The Opportunity

Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.

The Role

  • Service billing.
  • Issuing/receiving purchase orders.
  • Assisting dispatch with work orders & scheduling.
  • Warranty submission.
  • Respond to customers via telephone, or electronically in a timely and courteous manner; delivers strong internal and external service.
  • Work in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Other administrative duties for various lines of business.
  • Time-card entry.
  • Assisting the Service Department with Shipping/Receiving tasks.
  • Assisting and maintaining the billing and maintenance of our fleet program.

The Candidate

  • Work Experience: 2 years related experience in service, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and/or truck & coach industry sectors is an asset
  • Proficiency: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
