Description
Reporting to Procurement Manager - Fibre, the Purchasing Coordinator will create purchase orders for Fibre Projects at Xplore Inc. The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for tracking the delivery, fulfillment of POs and maintaining material data.
Key responsibilities include:• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate.
• Successful track record working in team environments.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of procurement and management experience.
• Experience in a supplier facing role.
