YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD  Invites applications for the position of: School Finance Analyst Exempt Level 4 - $58,438 - $74,892 per annum   Position Summary: Under the direction of the Manager Financial Reporting and School Finance, the School Finance Analyst performs various financial duties to assist and support School Administration regarding General School Budgets and School Generated Funds. Major Responsibilities: Coach and support School Administration on Board policies and procedures regarding General School Budgets and School Generated Funds expenditures and reporting.Monitor School Generated Funds to ensure proper documentation and compliance with Board policies and procedures.Compiles annual General School Budget allocations for release in June and November.Monitors budget status in SAP for all schools on a regular basis.Review and approve invoices and reimbursements ensuring compliance to Board policies, procedures and guidelines. Qualifications and  Experience: Advanced College Diploma in Business, Accounting or equivalent.2 to 3 years of work experience in a School Board environment.Previous experience with a cashless school system would be an asset. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization and time management skills.
