Accounts Receivable Coordinator Job Purpose Reporting to the Director Credit Risk Management, with the guidance and mentorship of the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for supporting the AR department’s administration duties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who will be responsible for managing various aspects of the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company policies in their duties. Key Responsibilities Mange AR Components in CRM: Oversee the integration of AR components with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.Manage AR Email and Distribution: Handle incoming AR emails, categorize them and distribute them to the appropriate personnel for further action.Manage Customer Master Records: Coordinate all account requests, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.Complete write-off’s: Take responsibility for completing write-offs for sales and service transitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Manage Credit Card Reports: Prepare and manage credit card reports.Prepare Proforma invoices: Generate proforma invoices as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Assisting Accounts Receivable department with special projects: Provide support to Director, Team Leads and AR Specialists as needed. Qualifications Excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Accounting software and ability to learn and utilize new software quickly.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to effectively and creatively problem solve.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of CRM & ticketing systems is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
