WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead), you will lead a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies using quality processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the quality engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for automation testing.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Continuously improve the automation testing process, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in automation testing and quality engineering.
