You are:
A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling to client sites whenever required.
The work:
• As a Service Delivery Operations Lead, responsible for managing end-to-end operations for client deals and delivery capabilities for a complex offering.
• Be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform .Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Own service quality, cost, and leadership of delivery teams. Additionally, contribute to solution development, growth, and sales.
• Evaluate all business requirements and come up with solutions that provide an integrated approach for clients. Analyze, design and or implement data design and best practices through technology solutions
• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge
• Run the workstream and/or project activities assigned and be responsible for team decisions and contribute on key decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and delivery efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct Fit- Gap analysis, deployment based on a delta design, functional specifications, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training and go live support)
