What You'll Do Here
Reporting to the Sr. Director, HCM & Payroll Operations, the Business Analyst, Shared Services, will be responsible for automation, reporting, project management, metrics and process improvements - supporting the Shared Services team for SAP HCM & Payroll, Accounts Payable & Concur, Accounts Receivable, and SharePoint.
- Work with the Shared Services (SS) team supporting a work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and process & technical solutions
- Collaborate with the SS Leadership team, and other internal business partners (Operational Finance, Information Services (IS), & Procurement) to identify areas of opportunity in compliance, process, reporting and automation
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of assigned Reporting for Shared Services including metrics, exception reporting, etc.
- Provide leadership for new SS projects including development, testing, communication and implementation of automation, workflows and process improvements. Ensuring appropriate SS partners are included in all decisions
- Act as the Business Lead in the requirements gathering, development of system specifications, design and development of new Systems functionality & processes (including SAP, Concur, etc.)
- Lead the creation and execution of assigned reporting for Shared Services for metrics, data analytics, data integrity and control & compliance
- Attend user group sessions to stay abreast of new system developments and to provide end users with training, new tools and shortcuts
- Responsible for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure efficient workflows
- Responsible for ensuring all new configuration is adequately tested working with the SS team and IS
- Proactively support Shared Services to develop process efficiencies and ongoing process improvements
- Work with internal audit to ensure compliance of all new initiatives
What You Bring To The Team
- Extensive Knowledge of SAP (AR, AP, Payroll, HCM modules), Business Objects, MS Power Automate, RPA (Robotic Process Automate), SAP BTP, Automation Anywhere, Advanced Excel, Access, Concur, Banking, SharePoint
- Project Management skills
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Act with discretion and confidentiality a must
- Strong organizational skills, including balancing multiple responsibilities to effectively meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and functions
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to simplify & breakdown issues to determine root cause
