As an Administrative Support III working in Pediatric Community Rehab, you will carry out administrative activities in support of the department, programs, the interdisciplinary team and/or other stakeholders. Your key responsibilities can include completing patient registrations, scheduling appointments, processing referrals to services as well as validating and data inputting. Your additional responsibilities may include maintaining waitlists, generating reports and various documents and correspondence, completing timekeeping, ordering supplies and assisting with a variety of general activities in support of operations. This position may be required to provide support at additional sites across the Edmonton Zone as operationally required. Candidates must pass a skills test.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Connect Care training and experience. Three years recent related administrative experience. Advanced proficiency in various computer applications including basic word processing, data entry, email and internet access are required. The ideal candidate must possess proven organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and cooperate with others in a team environment. Ability to be self-directed and to effectively work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Able to push, pull, bend and lift 30 lbs.
