Clients who are connected to the program may also be seen in clinic for scheduled appointments or walk-in supports and services. Reporting to the Care Manager of ACT, this position provides operational support to the multidisciplinary team. Some tasks include managing patient flow in the waiting room, answering and forwarding telephone calls, managing referrals in the electronic medical record (Connect Care), maintaining databases, and completing other data and time entry for payroll. The position also provides backup for other Administrative Supports in the program as well as other duties as assigned. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
