Description
We are seeking a detail-orientated individual to join the Family Medicine team. This position is a key member of the team, working closely with the Manager. The incumbent works independently in a fast-paced environment and plays a critical role in maintaining effective and efficient operations and staffing in the family medicine program.
As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Some post-secondary education.
Completion of accredited Unit Clerk/MOA course. Knowledge and experience using Connect Care, Oracle, ePeople, payroll entry, IAM, RMS, Makeshift, Connect Care, Microsoft Office Suites, Grand and Toy ordering. Demonstrate exceptional written/verbal communication skills, and support/collaboration with other departments and sites as required. They be able to prioritize workload to meet established turnaround times with frequent interruptions. The incumbent must adhere to AHS policies/procedure and Collective agreements. Ability to prepare and disseminates required documentation to support operational/program activities.
