Description
AHS Pharmacy Services would like you to consider joining our pharmacy teams in the Edmonton Zone for your summer employment. Sites include Alberta Hospital Edmonton or the Edmonton Remand Centre. There are 2 positions available, one at each site. Summer employment will commence on late April and will finish on the last week of August. We are seeking students who are completing their 3rd year of their pharmacy program and duties will be clinically focused, including direct patient care activities such as patient counselling, medication histories, allergy assessments and the provision of drug information.
Pharmacy students currently enrolled in accredited undergraduate pharmacist program (e.g. the University of Alberta Pharm D program) and will be completing their 3rd year of the program by the end of April 2025.
