About the role

Reporting to the Director, Project Office, the Coordinator, Projects and Solutions Team is responsible for providing support in the realization of the Group's strategic projects, monitoring development initiatives in support of the Business Analyst, and collaborating with the Project Manager on targeted projects.

He/she must also be able to work under conditions and in a working climate that encourage collaboration and self-improvement. The ideal candidate is action-oriented and solution-focused, with good listening skills and a well-developed sense of customer service.

Responsibilities

The Coordinator, Projects and Solutions Team is responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Follow-up with stakeholders to ensure that daily milestones are met and that ongoing projects are on track.
  • Track and document activities associated with the company's various projects and operational initiatives using the JIRA tool.
  • Responsible for managing the team's service desk and creating the various associated tickets.
  • Carry out testing and quality assurance activities during the deployment of new functionalities or system modifications, under the direction of the Business Analyst.
  • Be on-site at the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior or related to the position.

What we are looking for
  • College diploma in administration or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years' experience supporting a project management team.
  • Project management experience in an IT, web development or eCommerce environment;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of JIRA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Loop, One note, Teams, Outlook.
  • QA skills an asset.
  • Be able to structure work and react to unforeseen events thanks to good anticipation skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
