Your daily responsibilitiesDevelop expertise in products and customers
  • Manage retailer orders and ensure smooth communication with our partners.
  • Understand customer needs and advise them on our wellness solutions.
  • Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to enhance the customer experience.
  • Respond to inquiries from showrooms in our exclusive network and assist customers via phone, email, or chat.
Contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Help create marketing content (newsletters, promotional materials, presentations).
  • Collaborate on promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Assist in managing our brand image within our retailer network.
Grow, optimize, and develop your skills
  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, enhance customer experience, and propose innovative solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic projects based on your interests and strengths.
  • Explore various aspects of marketing within a growing company.
What we are looking for
  • A background in marketing, communication, or business administration (or equivalent experience).
  • An analytical and proactive mindset, always eager to learn and propose solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-evolving team environment.
  • A strong interest in wellness and design.

Bonus: Experience in customer service, marketing coordination, or e-commerce.
