Job Summary

This position is to provide support to program management and staff and coordinate office administration functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities, and asset management.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Six (6) months or more experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff.
  • Six (6) months or more experience leading others.
  • Six (6) months or more experience working with office procedures.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Six (6) months or more experience with facilities management.
  • One (1) year or more experience with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
  • Six (6) months or more supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with applications such as Integrated Case Management (ICM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), and/or Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSAs).
