Job Summary

Bring your strong administrative experience and superior organizational skills to this position

In this role, the successful candidate will provide a variety of office administrative and financial support services for the branch and the Director of Operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience leading others or completed leadership development course(s)
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience providing administrative and financial support for a group of staff in an office setting.
  • Experience in keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other standard computer applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preference may be given to those with:

  • A diploma in business administration or related field.
  • Six (6) months or more years experience leading others.
  • Two (2) or more years experience providing administrative and financial support for a group of staff in an office setting.
  • Experience using MCFD applications such as: CRMS, ARCS/ORCS, ICM, MIS and CARIS.

Provisos:

  • Opportunity to work with families facing challenges which may occasionally involve exposure to unpleasant dealings with angry, abusive, or abused clients; exposure to hazards from frequently working around volatile parents and/or children in crisis.

About this Position:
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
