The Role
In this Business Analyst role, you’ll conduct critical research and develop business cases, explore technological options, perform cost-benefit analysis, and assess operational impacts. As part of a collaborative project team, you’ll engage in technical reviews, quality assurance checks, and post-implementation assessments to ensure that the systems we build meet the diverse needs of our users. Your work will directly improve service delivery, making essential services more accessible and efficient for those who rely on them. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

  • Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in EACH of the following:
    • Providing business analysis related to integrated custom applications with complex business processes.
    • Application design, the development life cycle and quality assurance practices
    • Working with front line clients in service delivery-based organizations.
    • Requirements gathering and documentation including business cases, business requirements documents, use cases and process flows diagramming.


Preference may be given to applicants with one (1) or more of the following:

  • Certification in business analysis or equivalent.
  • Experience working with multi partner and multi jurisdictional agencies.
  • Experience with usability issues and web-based applications.
  • Experience creating reports utilizing specialized software such as Power BI or equivalent.
