Your Opportunity
BDO Canada's Winnipeg office is looking for an Administrative Professional (contract) to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team for an 18 month contract and own the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with our team of Partners and professionals to ensure smooth operations.
- Refine and format various documents, enhancing their clarity and professionalism.
- Help maintain accurate billing records for our Partners.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external appointments, conferences, and meetings.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our department running smoothly, including research, event coordination, document updates, and filing.
- Assist in the preparation and electronic filing of tax returns, contributing to our clients' financial well-being.
- Engage with clients to address their requests and ensure their needs are met.

Your Experience And Education
- You possess 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education, with preference for relevant diplomas or other certificates
- You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- You are comfortable working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential information
- You are naturally curious, adaptable and compassionate person who enjoys taking initiatives and helping others
- You have strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills both written and oral.
- You value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
- Ability to work extra hours as required
